How do I become a Penkeths customer?
If you would like to apply for a credit account with Penkeths please complete the Account Application form.
How do I use the online ordering service?
Existing online customers
If you are an existing online customer, with a username and password for the online ordering service you can login by clicking on the "online ordering" button at the top of the page and entering your username and password in the space provided.
New online customers
- If you are an existing Penkeths customer , but do not currently shop online you can request a username and password for an online account by visiting the "Stationery Supplies" page - see top navigation bar. Look for the "New Online Customer" section which gives you the option to request a username and password.
- If you are a brand new customer and wish to order online you can do so by visiting the "Stationery Supplies" page - see top navigation bar. Look for the "New Online Customer" Section" which gives you the option to apply for an account, shop and pay by credit card or simply browse our online catalogue.
I have forgotten my user name and password
If you have forgotten your password, all you need to do is e-mail itsupport@penkeths.co.uk with "Forgotten Password" in the subject box, and your full name and company name in the e-mail contents we will e-mail you with your username and password.
How do I change my username and password?
Simply Email us at itsupport@penkeths.co.uk with your old username and password, and the new username and password you would like to use. We will notify you when the changes have been made.
Delivery Terms
Stationery Division - Next Day Delivery
Our 30,000 sq ft warehouse uses a stock management system that tracks the stock levels of individual products on real time basis. This allows us to forecast future demand for products and therefore achieve consistently high fulfilment rates on all orders.

Furniture Division

Returns Made Easy
We"ve made returns as easy as possible for you. If you wish to return or exchange a product our customer service representatives will make arrangements for the goods to be collected. Customer Services: 0151 737 5000
